The Intel Core i3-7350K was a truly interesting choice back then. Particularly striking about the Intel Core i3-7350K was the unlocked multiplier. This allowed enthusiasts to explore the limits of possible performance. With a high base clock of 4.2 GHz, it offered considerable single-core performance.

The integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 provided solid graphics output. It was perfectly adequate for everyday tasks or pure media streaming. Manufactured using the proven 14nm process, it was based on the advanced Kaby Lake S architecture. The processor had 4 MB Level 3 Cache, important for fast data access.

Despite its two cores and four threads, it often proved surprisingly agile in everyday use. It supported PCIe 3.0 for flexible connection of modern expansion cards. This processor also offered a maximum memory bandwidth of 38 GB/s. We saw it then as a very good option for compact systems. It was ideal for office work or a dedicated HTPC.

It is still useful for users with specific, less demanding needs.
