The AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950X was once conceived as a true powerhouse for demanding tasks. Based on the Zen+ architecture, this high-end processor was aimed at professional users. At the time, it offered an impressive number of 16 cores and 32 threads. Even today, this configuration still delivers considerable computing power for many scenarios.

Especially for content creation or complex simulations, the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950X remains a solid choice.Built on a 12 nm process, this processor is characterized by its versatile memory support. We were impressed at the time by how well the chip performed even under sustained load.The AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950X also benefits from generous cache sizes.
