The Intel Core i5-5675C was an interesting desktop processor based on the Broadwell S architecture. Manufactured using the 14-nanometer process, it enabled high energy efficiency for its time. A real highlight was the integrated Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200. This graphics unit offered significantly higher performance than typical integrated solutions.

For multimedia applications and occasional gaming, the performance at the time was quite sufficient. The processor also had 4 MB of Level 3 cache and supported PCIe 3.0. The Intel Core i5-5675C was a solid choice for everyday tasks. It also proved to be ideally suited for office work and web services.

We experienced it as a reliable solution for many desktop scenarios. Its graphics performance, in particular, surprised us positively at the time because it was remarkable for its time. This chip proved that integrated graphics units were indeed making progress. Despite its release, it offered good performance for its class for many years.

Its focus was clearly on a balanced mix of computing power and graphics performance. This made it versatile for various applications.
