The Intel Processor U300 is an energy-efficient processor designed for entry-level notebooks and mini PCs. It was released in the first quarter of 2023 and is based on Intels 13th-generation Raptor Lake U architecture.

The processor is manufactured with a 10-nanometer structure and is based on a hybrid big.LITTLE structure. The processor features a high-performance core with a maximum clock speed of up to 4.40 GHz and four efficient cores with a maximum turbo clock speed of 3.30 GHz. Hyperthreading is only supported by the high-performance core, which means the maximum number of processing threads is 6.

In the Cinebench 2024 benchmark, the processor achieved 92 single-core and 334 multi-core points. In the equally well-known Geekbench 6 benchmark, it achieved 2158 single-core and 5096 multi-core points.

Like every notebook processor, the Intel Processor U300 is equipped with an internal graphics unit. It features the 13th generation Intel UHD Graphics with 48 execution units and 384 shader units. This graphics unit is also manufactured using the 10-nanometer process and was also launched in the first quarter of 2023. The graphics unit can use up to 32 gigabytes of the systems installed RAM as graphics memory.

The iGPUs base clock frequency is 200 megahertz, and the maximum turbo clock is 1.10 gigahertz. This enables it to achieve FP32 computing performance of 844 gigaflops at single precision.

The Intel Processor U300 is equipped with two memory channels, allowing it to operate with up to 96 gigabytes of RAM. The processor supports various memory types, but the LPDDR5-5200 achieves the highest memory bandwidth with up to 83.2 GB/s. Automatic error-correcting memory is not supported.
