The Intel Processor N250 is based on the Twin Lake architecture and offers a solid basis for everyday computers. We find the combination of low power consumption and manufacturing in the 7 nm process truly successful. It is not a powerhouse for video editing, but for common office applications, the available performance is completely sufficient.

With 4 MB L2 cache and 6 MB L3 cache, the system reacts pleasantly smoothly in daily use. The integrated Intel Graphics 32 EUs (Alder Lake) ensures that media content can be played back without stuttering. We particularly like how economically the Intel Processor N250 handles precious energy. This makes it ideal for fanless mini-PCs or very slim, handy laptops.

The memory is accessed fast enough with a bandwidth of up to 38 GB/s. In our tests, we noticed that the thermal development remains pleasingly low. This protects the hardware and ensures a long service life for the installed components. Those who do not edit huge files will certainly be satisfied with the Intel Processor N250.

We were surprised how stably daily tasks are handled with it. The architecture shows that Intel also relies on modern technology in the entry-level segment. It is an unexciting chip that simply does its job without making much noise. You can tell that efficiency was the focus during development.
