The Intel Celeron G1630 represents an era where solid basic performance was paramount. This processor is based on the proven Ivy Bridge S architecture. It was manufactured using the then-advanced 22 nm process. Its high reliability for all common computer tasks is particularly positive.

The Intel Celeron G1630 also features an integrated graphics unit, the Intel HD Graphics (Ivy Bridge GT1). This enabled smooth video playback and the seamless execution of basic desktop applications.
