Description of the processor

The AMD Ryzen 3 Pro 4350g is the smallest AMD Renoir desktop processor on the market. He has 4 CPU cores he clocks at 3.8 GHz. About turbo mode, the processor can clock its cores with up to 4.0 GHz, with the four cores, thanks to the support of SMT (Simultanous-Multi-Threading) can work up to 8 threads.

The processor is classified with 65 watts TDP, but comes with less energy due to its low core number, without suffering a large amount of performance. AMD Specifies the minimum CTDP with 45 watts, in some systems, such as e.g. The ASRock Deskmini A300, the TDP of the processor can also be lowered to 35 watts. Thus, small systems with little cooling capacity are able to accommodate a square processor such as the AMD Ryzen 3 Pro 4350g.

Like all AMD 4xxxg Renoir processors, the AMD Ryzen 3 Pro 4350g also has an intere graphic (IGPU short). The AMD Radeon 6 Graphic (Renoir) has 6 execution units that graphics clock is up to 1.7 GHz. Even if this is the second-smallest VEGA IGPU expansion stage, this is still fast enough to play smoothly smoothly in medium to low details.

Up to 64 GB of work memory of the type DDR4-3200 are supported, the memory controller sits in the processor itself. By overclocking profile (D.O.C.P.), higher clock frequencies of the memory are possible. Most AMD Ryzen 4xxxG processors are capable (depending on the motherboard or chipset) to be easily addressed with DDR4-3600 or higher. A high memory cycle not only increases the memory bandwidth and thus accelerates the system, but also has a positive effect on the speed of the internal graphics unit. This uses a part of the memory (maximum 2 GB) as a graphics memory.
