Its integrated Intel HD Graphics 630 and PCIe 3.0 were aimed at office and home PCs. The Apple M4, unveiled in May 2024, is a highly integrated processor for the Apple ecosystem.

It utilizes the M4 architecture and is manufactured using the advanced 3 nm process. It combines performance and efficiency cores, offers 20 MB of Level 2 cache, and 120 GB/s memory bandwidth. A powerful Apple M4 (10 Core) graphics unit is integrated. In a performance comparison, the Apple M4 significantly outperforms the Intel Core i5-7500 in both single-core and multi-core performance.

This results in significantly higher computing capacity for demanding applications. For gaming scenarios, the Apple M4 is the clearly superior choice.
