The Intel Core i3-3120M was a very popular mobile processor in its time. It is based on the Ivy Bridge H architecture and was manufactured using the then-advanced 22-nanometer process. This enabled remarkably high energy efficiency for notebooks of that era. The processor features integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000.

This graphics solution was generally perfectly adequate for everyday applications. Even the playback of HD videos was possible without any problems. For basic office tasks, the Intel Core i3-3120M still offers surprisingly reliable performance today. It handles tasks such as web browsing or email processing without major difficulties.

Its 3 MB L3 cache effectively supports these processes. Many laptops were equipped with this processor back then. It represented a solid and also cost-effective base. We still occasionally find it in older systems, where it continues to provide faithful service for simple requirements. This longevity is truly remarkable for a mobile processor of this caliber.
