Manufactured using a 10 nm process (Intel 7), it features a hybrid architecture with 16 cores (8 P-cores, 8 E-cores) and 24 threads, complemented by 24 MB L2 and 30 MB L3 cache. Its single-core and multi-core performance is significantly superior to the Intel Core i7-6700, making it excellent for modern gaming and multitasking.

It supports PCIe 5.0 and offers integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770. With a base TDP of 65 watts, power consumption can be significantly higher under full load. Its price-performance ratio is excellent in the high-end segment, and its maximum memory bandwidth is 90 GB/s.
