This Intel Core i5-1335U, based on the Raptor Lake U architecture, is manufactured using a 10 nm process and is designed for energy-efficient notebooks.

It targets the mainstream segment for productivity and lighter creative applications. With a hybrid architecture of two performance cores and eight efficiency cores (a total of ten cores and twelve threads) and 12 MB of Level 3 cache, it offers significantly higher single-core and multi-core performance than the Intel Processor N200.

The integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics 80 (Alder Lake) and 102 GB/s memory bandwidth enable better casual gaming and smooth media playback. As a U-series processor, it offers a good balance of performance and energy efficiency for responsive systems in the mid-price segment. The Intel Processor N200 from the Alder Lake N family is also manufactured in 10 nm and aims at inexpensive, energy-efficient devices, ideal for basic computing tasks.

It features four efficiency cores and four threads, complemented by 4 MB of Level 2 cache and 6 MB of Level 3 cache. Its single-core and multi-core performance is sufficient for everyday tasks like browsing and office work, but is noticeably lower than that of the Intel Core i5-1335U.

The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 32 EUs (Alder Lake) with 38 GB/s memory bandwidth is primarily intended for user interfaces and video decoding, not for demanding gaming. With very low power consumption and TDP, it is ideal for fanless systems and offers excellent value for money in the entry-level segment.
