It features 6 performance cores and 12 threads. Equipped with Intel UHD Graphics 770, PCIe 5.0 support, and a maximum memory bandwidth of 77 GB/s, it offers a solid foundation for everyday tasks, productivity, and gaming with a dedicated graphics card. It has 8 MB of Level 2 Cache and 18 MB of Level 3 Cache.

In benchmarks, it shows good single-core performance and respectable multi-core performance. Its good price-performance ratio makes it attractive for budget-conscious buyers. The Intel Core i5-13500, an evolution of the Alder Lake S Refresh architecture, is also manufactured using the 10 nm process.

It features a hybrid architecture with 6 performance cores and 8 efficient cores, resulting in a total of 14 cores and 20 threads. This leads to significantly higher multi-core performance, which in benchmarks is over 35 percent above that of the Intel Core i5-12500, while single-core performance is slightly better in some tests.

With 12 MB of Level 2 Cache and 24 MB of Level 3 Cache, it also surpasses its predecessor in cache size. The equipment with Intel UHD Graphics 770, PCIe 5.0, and 77 GB/s memory bandwidth is identical. For gaming, the Intel Core i5-13500 offers slightly better frame rates due to its higher performance.

Both have a standard TDP of 65 watts, although the Intel Core i5-13500 can consume more energy under full load. Despite a higher price, it offers improved overall performance.
