The Intel Core i5-4300M once presented itself as a reliable mobile processor. It was designed for a wide range of tasks in notebooks. This processor was based on the then-advanced Haswell H architecture. This architecture was known for its efficiency and stable operation. Manufacturing took place in Intel's proven 22 nm process.

This enabled a good balance of computing power and energy consumption. It offered a solid foundation, especially for everyday use. We saw that it still shows a very decent performance in typical office activities.Integrated Intel HD Graphics 4600 was another plus.
