Benchmarks & Specs

Last updated:
The AMD A10-4655M was a particularly interesting mobile processor at the time. It was based on the Trinity architecture, a clever design. This chip from AMD combined the main processor and graphics unit on a single die. This made it a very practical option for compact notebooks of that time. One of its greatest strengths was the integrated graphics solution, the AMD Radeon HD 7620G.

This enabled smooth multimedia playback without additional hardware. Even for occasional gaming, it offered quite acceptable performance. With 4 MB Level 3 Cache, the processor could process data quickly. Manufacturing in the 32 nm process also aimed for good efficiency. For typical everyday tasks, it delivered reliable and balanced performance.

Its maximum memory bandwidth of 21 GB/s supported the graphics unit remarkably well. Thus, this APU approach provided a comprehensive and often cost-effective solution. Many users found everything they needed on the go in it.
  • Integrated AMD Radeon HD 7620G Graphics
  • CPU and GPU on one chip (APU concept)
  • 4 MB Level 3 Cache
  • Balanced performance for everyday tasks
