The Intel Pentium Silver N5030, based on the Gemini Lake architecture, is a processor for energy-efficient entry-level devices.

It is manufactured using the 14 nm process and integrates Intel UHD Graphics 605. With 4 MB of Level 3 Cache, it is designed for basic tasks such as web browsing and word processing. Its performance in single-core and multi-core benchmarks is significantly lower compared to the N95. The maximum memory bandwidth is 38 GB/s.

It is the more cost-effective choice for basic applications. The Intel Processor N95 utilizes the newer Alder Lake N architecture and offers noticeably higher performance with improved energy efficiency.

Manufactured using the more advanced 10 nm process, it features 4 MB of Level 2 Cache and 6 MB of Level 3 Cache. Its integrated graphics unit, the Intel UHD Graphics 16 EUs (Alder Lake), surpasses that of the Intel Pentium Silver N5030 and offers advantages in gaming scenarios with very simple titles.

In benchmarks, the Intel Processor N95 shows significantly higher single- and multi-core performance, often more than double that of the Intel Pentium Silver N5030, which makes it ideal for smoother multitasking and lighter multimedia applications. It also uses a maximum memory bandwidth of 38 GB/s.

Both processors are optimized for low power consumption. The Intel Processor N95 delivers significantly better overall performance for its likely slightly higher price.
