The integrated graphics unit is the Intel UHD Graphics 630. Both processors support PCIe Version 3.0 and have a Thermal Design Power (TDP) of 65 Watts.

In single-core performance, the Intel Core i5-10400 significantly outperforms the Intel Core i7-6700, which is due to architectural improvements and higher clock frequencies. In multi-core applications, the Intel Core i5-10400 also offers significantly higher computing performance thanks to its two additional cores and four threads.

For gaming scenarios, the Intel Core i5-10400 is the better choice, as it enables higher frame rates and better stability due to its superior single-core performance and more cores for background processes.
