The Intel Core i7-14700HX, based on the Raptor Lake H Refresh architecture and manufactured using the 10 nm process, is a high-performance mobile CPU for demanding users, gamers, and professional applications in laptops.

It offers an architecture with a high number of performance and efficiency cores, resulting in superior single-core performance and significantly higher multi-core performance, which considerably surpasses the Intel Processor N150.

With a large 24 MB Level 2 Cache and 33 MB Level 3 Cache, as well as a maximum memory bandwidth of 90 GB/s, it is excellently suited for compute-intensive tasks and gaming. Its integrated Intel UHD Graphics 13th Gen (32 EU) also supports demanding games. This processor requires robust cooling and is found in premium devices.

The Intel Processor N150 with Twin Lake architecture is manufactured using the 7 nm process and is designed for energy-efficient, cost-effective entry-level devices. It offers a lower number of cores and threads, which results in noticeably lower single-core and multi-core performance.

With a 4 MB Level 2 Cache and a 6 MB Level 3 Cache, as well as a maximum memory bandwidth of 38 GB/s, it is designed for basic productivity tasks and media playback. Its integrated Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs (Alder Lake) is only suitable for very simple games. The processor is characterized by its very low power consumption and enables fanless designs and long battery life in affordable laptops.
