The Intel Processor N100, presented in the first quarter of 2023 ("Alder Lake N" architecture, 10 nm), targets extremely power-saving, compact systems.

It offers 4 cores and 4 threads, 4 MB of Level 2 Cache, 6 MB of Level 3 Cache, and 38 GB/s of memory bandwidth. The integrated graphics unit is the Intel UHD Graphics with 24 EUs (Alder Lake). Both support PCIe 3.0. Performance-wise, the Intel Core i5-8500T shows noticeably higher performance in demanding single-core tests, while the Intel Processor N100 is comparable in certain benchmarks, due to its newer architecture.
