The Intel Processor N95 is based on the Alder Lake N architecture and is manufactured using the 10 nm process. It is designed for very energy-efficient systems and basic computing tasks, such as those found in mini-PCs or thin clients. This processor exclusively uses Efficient-cores (Gracemont architecture), which underscores its high energy efficiency.

With 4 MB of Level 2 Cache and 6 MB of Level 3 Cache, it offers lower single-core and multi-core performance than the Intel Core i5-1235U, but is sufficient for web browsing, office applications, and media playback. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 16 EUs (Alder Lake) and a maximum memory bandwidth of 38 GB/s provide basic graphics performance for simple visual tasks.

Its extremely low power consumption enables passive cooling and systems with low heat generation. The processor supports PCIe 3.0.
