The Intel Celeron N3150 (Braswell, 14 nm) is an energy-efficient processor for entry-level devices. It offers 2 MB Level 3 Cache and Intel HD Graphics 400 with 26 GB/s memory bandwidth for basic tasks.

The Intel Processor N100 (Alder Lake N, 10 nm) is more modern and also energy-efficient. It features 4 MB Level 2, 6 MB Level 3 Cache and Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs (Alder Lake) with 38 GB/s memory bandwidth.

Its overall performance is significantly higher. In direct comparison, the Intel Processor N100 offers significantly superior single-core and multi-core performance. In benchmarks, it is well over 10 percent better than the Intel Celeron N3150, thanks to its newer architecture.
