Manufactured using the advanced 3 nm process, its 10-core (M4) architecture with 20 MB Level 2 Cache offers outstanding energy efficiency. In internal comparisons, the Apple M4 (10-CPU) shows significantly higher single-core and multi-core performance than the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+.

Its integrated Apple M4 (10 Core) graphics unit, supported by 120 GB/s memory bandwidth, delivers first-class graphics performance for demanding applications and games. Performance per watt is excellent, ideal for mobile and fanless designs. Since it is integrated into end devices, a separate price is not available.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ is a high-end processor for Android flagship smartphones, optimized for gaming and AI applications. It is manufactured using the 4 nm process and utilizes a Cortex-X4 / -A720 architecture with 18 MB Level 3 Cache. Although its single-core and multi-core performance is lower compared to the Apple M4 (10-CPU), it offers very strong performance in the mobile segment.

The integrated ARM Immortalis-G720 MC12 graphics unit and 77 GB/s memory bandwidth enable smooth gaming. The processor is designed for high efficiency in mobile use to ensure long battery life. Like the M4, it is an integrated component without an individual market price.
