The Apple M1, introduced in 2020, is a System-on-a-Chip (SoC) for Mac desktops and laptops, offering balanced performance and high energy efficiency for productivity and creative work.

It is manufactured using a 5 nm process and features an 8-core CPU, combining performance cores and efficiency cores, as well as an Tintegrated Apple M1 (8 Core) graphics unit. The Level 2 Cache is 16 MB and the maximum memory bandwidth is 68 GB/s. In Geekbench 6, the Apple M1 shows solid single-core performance and very good multi-core performance.

Its architecture with PCIe 4.0 makes it a versatile processor for a broad audience. The Apple A19 is a future mobile processor, manufactured using a more advanced 3 nm process, designed for maximum performance and efficiency in devices like iPhones and iPads.

It features a Level 2 Cache of 6 MB and an integrated Apple A19 (5 GPU Cores) graphics unit with a maximum memory bandwidth of 68 GB/s. Compared to the Apple M1, the Apple A19 demonstrates significantly higher single-core performance in Geekbench 6, with an advantage of over 50 percent, while its multi-core performance is comparable.

Its advanced manufacturing promises excellent energy efficiency and superior performance for demanding mobile applications and gaming.
