This processor features two cores and two threads. Its integrated graphics solution is an AMD Radeon HD 6290 with a maximum memory bandwidth of 9 GB/s. Compared to the AMD E1-6010, the AMD C-70 offers lower per-core computing performance and weaker graphics performance.

In terms of energy efficiency, it is inferior to the AMD E1-6010 due to its larger 40nm fabrication process. It is suitable for web browsing and word processing, but not for gaming or demanding applications. Its price/performance ratio was designed for very low costs. AMD E1-6010 The AMD E1-6010, based on the newer Beema architecture (codename Puma), is manufactured using a more advanced 28nm fabrication process.

It is also intended for the entry-level segment and low-power systems, offering two cores and two threads. The integrated graphics solution is an AMD Radeon R2 (Beema) with a memory bandwidth of 11 GB/s. In direct comparison to the AMD C-70, the AMD E1-6010 delivers slightly higher computing performance and marginally better graphics performance, which can result in more agile responsiveness for everyday tasks and very undemanding games.

Its more modern fabrication process also ensures better energy efficiency. For basic applications, it is the slightly preferred choice over the AMD C-70, but not for demanding tasks.
