The Intel Core m processors are similar to Intels ULV modells with an even reduced clock. This results in a very low TDP, currently around 4.5W. Briefly the Core m processors reach an almost identical performance as Intel i3 / i5 / i7 ULV models. However, the core m CPUs throttle very quickly due to the low TDP.
