Benchmarks & Specs

Last updated:
The Intel Core M-5Y10 was specifically designed for a new generation of slim and light mobile devices. It was among the first processors based on Intel's then-innovative Broadwell Y architecture. The modern 14-nanometer manufacturing process was particularly noteworthy here. This led to considerable energy efficiency.

This allowed manufacturers to implement fanless designs. Thus, the operation of these devices always remained pleasantly quiet. This was a great advantage for users on the go.Solid performance for everyday tasks: Internet browsing, word processing and media playback were easily possible. The integrated Intel HD Graphics 5300 handled the graphics output.

It reliably supported basic visual requirements. A 4 MB Level-3 cache also contributed to system responsiveness. This processor was therefore a good choice for compact and portable computers. It was a perfect fit for a lifestyle that valued mobility.
  • Energy efficiency through 14-nm manufacturing
  • Enabled fanless designs
  • Ideal for compact and light mobile devices
  • Solid performance for everyday tasks
