The
AMD GX-210JC was primarily designed for use in embedded systems. It delivered convincing
performance for its segment while offering high reliability. This processor was based on the then-modern
Temash architecture, which formed a solid foundation. The design noticeably benefited from the energy-efficient
Jaguar+ architecture, which was reflected in the overall design.
The chip was manufactured in an advanced 28 nm manufacturing process. This enabled a compact design as well as remarkable energy efficiency. A special and often appreciated feature was the integrated graphics unit, the AMD Radeon HD 8210. This enabled the development of very space-saving systems, as a separate graphics card became superfluous.
This also saved costs and valuable space. The 1 MB Level 2 cache contributed to the smooth operation of the system. We were able to observe how this processor worked reliably in a wide variety of environments. Its successful combination of integrated graphics and efficient architecture made it a very sensible choice.
The
AMD GX-210JC represented a robust and durable solution for various industries. It offered a stable basis for devices designed for continuous operation.
