In single-core operation, the processor showed respectable performance for its time. Nowadays, it can only be found on the used market and has almost no residual value. The Intel Processor N150 is a significantly newer processor, designed for energy-efficient, compact systems and entry-level desktops with an integrated graphics solution.

It uses the Twin Lake architecture and is manufactured using a more advanced 7 nm fabrication process. It has 5 cores and 5 threads optimized for efficiency, as well as 4 MB Level 2 and 6 MB Level 3 Cache. The more modern architecture is reflected in higher single-core performance, while its multi-core performance is sufficient for everyday tasks.

The processor is equipped with Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs (Alder Lake), which can handle basic graphics requirements and light gaming. It supports PCIe 3.0. The Intel Processor N150 is characterized by a very low TDP, making it ideal for fanless systems and low overall energy consumption.

It is used in affordable entry-level systems and offers good value for money for its target group. In terms of performance comparison, the Intel Core i5-750 showed good performance for its generation. The Intel Processor N150, on the other hand, benefits from its modern architecture and offers higher single-core performance.

Its multi-core performance is well suited for the target group of energy-efficient systems. Neither model is primarily designed for demanding tasks or gaming. The Intel Core i5-750 requires a separate graphics card, while the Intel Processor N150 is equipped with an integrated graphics unit for basic requirements.

In summary, due to its age, higher power consumption, and lack of integrated graphics, the Intel Core i5-750 is no longer recommended for modern requirements.
