The Intel Processor N150 (7 nm) features 2 cores/2 threads, 4 MB Level 2 and 6 MB Level 3 cache, and 38 GB/s memory bandwidth via PCIe 3.0. Despite fewer cores, the more modern architecture of the Intel Processor N150 delivers significantly higher single-core and multi-core performance compared to the Intel Core i5-3330.

Demanding gaming is unsuitable for both. The Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs (Alder Lake) of the Intel Processor N150 is superior to the Intel HD Graphics 2500 of the Intel Core i5-3330 and somewhat better for basic and older titles. The Intel Core i5-3330 has a Thermal Design Power (TDP) of 77 Watts.

The Intel Processor N150, with a 6 Watt TDP, is extremely energy-efficient, ideal for fanless systems and low operating costs. The Intel Core i5-3330 is inexpensive on the used market but offers poor value for money.
