Benchmarks & Specs

Last updated:
The Intel Xeon W-3375 processor is designed for demanding workstation tasks. It is based on the Ice Lake W architecture and manufactured using the advanced 10 nm process. This allowed for a high transistor count, which is essential for complex calculations. We were quite surprised at how efficiently it could process large amounts of data.

A particularly strong feature is the comprehensive support for PCIe 4.0. This technology offers very fast connectivity for modern graphics cards or fast NVMe storage solutions. For creative professionals and engineers who rely on high data rates, this is a real advantage. The processor also features generous cache memories, which contribute to the high performance.

With 48 MB Level 2 and 57 MB Level 3 cache, frequently used data is provided extremely quickly. The maximum memory bandwidth of 205 GB/s also contributes significantly to the good overall performance. Such specifications were considered top performance at the time of publication. The Intel Xeon W-3375 is still a very solid choice.

It is still excellently suited, especially for workstations with high performance requirements. It delivers the necessary computing power for a variety of professional applications, even under intensive use.
  • PCIe 4.0 Support
