The AMD G-T48E processor comes from an era when compact solutions were in high demand. Its 40-nanometer manufacturing process enabled remarkable energy efficiency. It was based on the Bobcat architecture. This made it particularly attractive for systems with low power consumption. A key feature was the integrated graphics unit, the AMD Radeon HD 6250.
