The AMD EPYC 7542 is a processor that excels in server environments. As part of AMD's server division, it was designed for data centers and demanding enterprise tasks. It's based on the Zen 2 architecture. It was also manufactured using the then-advanced 7nm process. At its launch, it offered a remarkable balance of energy efficiency and computing power.
