The MediaTek Dimensity 7020 is a mobile System-on-Chip (SoC) for entry-level to mid-range smartphones, manufactured using a 6 nm process.

It uses a hybrid architecture (Cortex-A78/A55) with a PowerVR IMG BXM-8-256 graphics unit and offers a maximum memory bandwidth of 44 GB/s. The Intel Processor N150 is an energy-efficient processor for light laptops and mini-PCs, manufactured using a 7 nm process.

It is based on the Twin Lake architecture, integrates an Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs (Alder Lake), 4 MB L2 and 6 MB L3 cache, supports PCIe 3.0, and achieves 38 GB/s memory bandwidth. In performance comparison, the Intel Processor N150 offers noticeably higher computing power. For single-core and multi-core tasks, it outperforms the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 in Geekbench 6 by over 30 percent, which qualifies it better for basic PC applications.

For gaming scenarios, neither is designed for demanding titles. The MediaTek Dimensity 7020 is optimized for mobile games; the Intel UHD Graphics of the Intel Processor N150 can only display very light PC games smoothly. Both are designed for high energy efficiency. The mobile MediaTek Dimensity 7020 is extremely economical for long battery life.

The Intel Processor N150 was also developed for low power consumption, enabling fanless designs. Regarding the price-performance ratio, both are positioned in cost-sensitive market segments.
