The Intel Processor N100 and Intel Processor N97 are both based on the energy-efficient Alder Lake N architecture and are manufactured using the 10 nm process.

Both processors feature four cores and four threads, 4 MB L2 cache and 6 MB L3 cache, as well as a maximum memory bandwidth of 38 GB/s. In terms of performance, both processors show very comparable performance in single-core applications. For multi-core tasks, the Intel Processor N97 offers noticeably higher performance than the Intel Processor N100 in certain benchmarks, while in other tests the differences are small.
