This processor features 4 MB L2 and 6 MB L3 cache, a maximum memory bandwidth of 38 GB/s, and also supports PCIe 3.0. The integrated graphics unit is the Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs (Alder Lake). In terms of computing performance, the Intel Processor N97 shows noticeably higher performance in single-core operation than the Intel Pentium G4560.

For multi-core applications, the performance lead of the Intel Processor N97 is even more pronounced, which is attributable to its more modern architecture and higher core count. For gaming, neither processor is suitable for demanding titles. However, the Intel Processor N97 offers a slightly improved experience in very simple games compared to the Intel HD Graphics 610 of the Intel Pentium G4560, thanks to its more modern Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs (Alder Lake) and better CPU performance.
