Neither is primarily designed for gaming; however, the Intel Processor N150 offers better performance in less demanding games due to its newer integrated graphics unit and higher memory bandwidth. Energy efficiency is a clear advantage of the Intel Processor N150 with 6.5W TDP compared to the 15W of the Intel Core i7-4500U, enabling longer battery life.

Pricewise, the Intel Core i7-4500U is only relevant in used devices, while the Intel Processor N150 offers good value for money in new, affordable systems for basic tasks.
