It featured 6 MB of Level 3 Cache and a maximum memory bandwidth of 26 GB/s. The Intel Processor N97 (Alder Lake N), manufactured using a 10 nm process, also with 4 cores/4 threads, is optimized for energy-efficient compact systems.

It has 4 MB of Level 2 Cache, 6 MB of Level 3 Cache, and a memory bandwidth of 38 GB/s. The Intel Processor N97 slightly outperforms the Intel Core i5-4570 in single-core performance and significantly in newer multi-core tests. Neither is primarily intended for gaming.

The Intel Core i5-4570 uses Intel HD Graphics 4600; the Intel Processor N97 integrates Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs (Alder Lake). The N97 graphics offer slight advantages in simple titles; a dedicated graphics card is necessary for demanding games. Both support PCIe 3.0. Thanks to its 10 nm manufacturing, the Intel Processor N97 is significantly more energy-efficient than the 22 nm Intel Core i5-4570, with lower heat generation.

The Intel Core i5-4570 is now available cheaply used. The Intel Processor N97 is offered in new entry-level systems and provides good value for money given its efficiency.
