Intel Core i3-N300 and Intel Processor N200 are energy-efficient processors based on the Alder Lake N architecture, designed for cost-effective desktops and mini-PCs.

They target users with basic computing needs and were introduced around early 2023. Both CPUs are manufactured using the 10 nm process (Intel 7). The Intel Core i3-N300 has 8 cores, 8 MB L2 cache, and 6 MB L3 cache. The Intel Processor N200 has 4 cores, 4 MB L2 cache, and 6 MB L3 cache.

The maximum memory bandwidth for both is 38 GB/s. The Intel Core i3-N300 shows significantly higher single-core performance in Cinebench R23 and considerably better multi-core performance than the Intel Processor N200; this superiority is over 10 percent in relevant benchmarks.

In Geekbench 6, single-core performances are comparable. Both CPUs integrate Intel UHD Graphics (32 EUs), but are not suitable for demanding gaming due to limiting low memory bandwidth. They are designed for high energy efficiency with a very low Thermal Design Power (TDP) between 6 and 15 watts. Systems with the Intel Core i3-N300 are generally more expensive due to better computing power, while the Intel Processor N200 offers a very good price-performance ratio for basic tasks.
