For gaming, the Intel Core Ultra 7 255H, with its Arc 140T graphics and more powerful CPU cores, is the clearly better choice; the HD Graphics 4600 of the Intel Core i3-4330T is insufficient for this. The Intel Core i3-4330T, as a "T" model, is designed for low TDP (typically 35W).

The Intel Core Ultra 7 255H, as an "H" model, has a higher TDP (often 45W-65W), but offers significantly higher energy efficiency per unit of performance due to the 3 nm process. The price-performance ratio of the Intel Core i3-4330T is marginal today, while the Intel Core Ultra 7 255H delivers high performance in the premium segment at a corresponding price.
