It uses the Alder Lake N architecture, is manufactured using a 10 nm process, and offers 4 cores and 4 threads, complemented by 4 MB L2 and 6 MB L3 cache. In single-core performance, both processors show comparable results. However, in multi-core performance, the AMD Ryzen 3 7320U demonstrates significantly higher performance, making it more advantageous for multitasking and parallelized applications.

Neither processor is primarily intended for demanding games. The AMD Ryzen 3 7320U with AMD Radeon 610M offers 44 GB/s memory bandwidth, while the Intel Processor N97 with Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs has 38 GB/s.
