The 6nm process offers good energy efficiency for daily use. The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 is a more powerful mobile processor for more demanding applications and upper mid-range devices.

It is designed for higher computing and graphics performance to provide a smoother experience in complex tasks and games. Production is done using the more advanced 4nm process. Its architecture relies on more modern Cortex-A715 and Cortex-A510 cores, complemented by a 4 MB Level 3 cache. In terms of single-core and multi-core performance, it significantly outperforms the MediaTek Dimensity 7050, with noticeably higher computing capacity.

The integrated graphics unit is an ARM Mali-G615 MP6, which, in conjunction with a maximum memory bandwidth of 68 GB/s, delivers significantly better performance in games and graphics-intensive applications. Thanks to the 4nm process, the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 offers superior energy efficiency and is the better choice for performance-intensive scenarios.
