Manufactured using the efficient 7-nanometer process, this processor offers four cores and eight threads for versatile tasks. In benchmark comparisons, the AMD Ryzen 3 5425U shows significantly higher computing power in both single-core and multi-core applications compared to the competing model.

Thanks to the integrated AMD Radeon RX Vega 6 (Renoir) graphics unit, it is much better suited for simple games and graphic tasks. The memory bandwidth of 34 GB/s and the 8 MB L3 cache effectively support system speed. With a moderate thermal design power, energy consumption remains efficient, which saves battery life.

This processor offers a solid price-performance ratio for office work. The AMD 3015Ce is an entry-level processor of the Dali generation, primarily designed for budget laptops such as Chromebooks.

It is manufactured using the older 14-nanometer process and has two cores and four threads. Computing performance in benchmarks is significantly lower than that of the comparison model, making it less suitable for more demanding applications. The AMD Radeon RX Vega 3 (Raven Ridge) graphics unit offers only basic functions for image output and simple multimedia content without ambitions for gaming.

With a low memory bandwidth of 13 GB/s and a 4 MB L3 cache, the AMD 3015Ce is optimized for minimal power consumption and low heat generation. It represents a very inexpensive solution for basic web work, but offers little reserve for future software requirements.
