The AMD Sempron processors are based on the Kabini architecture and are manufactured in 28nm process. The AMD Sempron processors have 2 to 4 cores and are clocked significantly lower than AMD's Athlon processors.

The new architecture "Kabini" is very economical and can sometimes even compete with Intel's Bay Trail platform. The integrated graphics is good enough for older games.
