The integrated ARM Mali-G57 MP2 graphics unit and a maximum memory bandwidth of 34 GB/s are optimized for common applications. The Google Tensor G3 is manufactured using the more advanced 4nm process and is the high-end processor for Google's flagship Pixel smartphones.

Its customized G3 architecture with a complex core configuration is designed for peak performance and specialized AI processing. The significantly more powerful ARM Immortalis-G715 MP10 graphics unit and a maximum memory bandwidth of 27 GB/s enable the most demanding applications and a superior user experience.

In performance tests, the Google Tensor G3 shows significantly higher single-core and multi-core performance than the MediaTek Helio G99, making it considerably faster for compute-intensive tasks. For gamers, the Google Tensor G3 offers a superior experience thanks to its Immortalis-G715 MP10 GPU compared to the Mali-G57 MP2 of the MediaTek Helio G99.

The modern 4nm manufacturing process of the Google Tensor G3 enables better energy efficiency at high performance, while the 6nm process of the MediaTek Helio G99 aims for a good balance for daily use. In terms of price, the MediaTek Helio G99 offers good value for money in the mid-range, while the Google Tensor G3 is a premium chip for flagship devices.
