It is manufactured using an advanced 4nm process and features a 6-core CPU, consisting of two performance cores and four efficiency cores. Its integrated graphics unit has five GPU cores, giving it high performance in gaming scenarios and graphics-intensive applications. In CPU benchmarks, it demonstrates excellent single-core and multi-core performance.

The processor is equipped with 20 MB L2 and 24 MB L3 cache and achieves a memory bandwidth of 51 GB/s. It is designed for maximum energy efficiency, which provides optimized power consumption under high load from the 5-core GPU. Market prices do not exist separately as it is tightly integrated into end devices.

This Apple A16 Bionic (5-CPU 4-GPU) is also a high-end processor for mobile devices released in 2022, manufactured using the 4nm process. Its 6-core CPU architecture with two performance cores and four efficiency cores is identical to that of the other model and delivers comparable single-core and multi-core performance in benchmarks.

The main difference lies in the integrated graphics unit, which has four GPU cores. This still allows for very good performance in gaming scenarios, but with slightly reduced graphics performance compared to the 5-core variant. It shares the L2 cache (20 MB), L3 cache (24 MB), and memory bandwidth (51 GB/s).

This processor is also optimized for energy efficiency, with the 4-core GPU potentially consuming less power under load. A direct price is also not available.
