The Apple A15 Bionic (4-GPU), codenamed A15, was manufactured using a 5 nm process and is found in devices such as the iPhone 13 and iPad mini 6.

It features a 6-core CPU with two performance cores and four efficiency cores, complemented by the integrated Apple A15 (4 GPU Cores). With 16 MB L2 cache, 32 MB L3 cache, and a maximum memory bandwidth of 34 GB/s, it offers strong performance for everyday tasks and more demanding applications. Although it is installed in older devices, it continues to deliver very good performance and energy efficiency for a wide audience.

The Apple A17 Pro, codenamed Ibiza, is a 3 nm manufactured processor used in the premium smartphones of the iPhone 15 Pro series.

It also has a 6-core CPU with two performance cores and four efficiency cores, but a more powerful Apple A17 Pro (6 GPU Cores) with six cores that supports hardware-accelerated ray tracing. With 20 MB L2 cache, 24 MB L3 cache, and a higher maximum memory bandwidth of 51 GB/s, it significantly surpasses the Apple A15 Bionic (4-GPU) in single-core and multi-core performance as well as in graphical applications.

Its improved energy efficiency and advanced gaming capabilities make it the first choice for the most demanding mobile use.
