The AMD Ryzen 7 5800U is an 8-core Mobile Processor of AMD. Its eight CPU cores can work with the support of SMT up to 16 tasks / threads simultaneously. In the base, the AMD Ryzen taps 7 5800U with quite low 1.9 GHz. If necessary, he can increase its clock frequency. This is then at up to 4.4 GHz (sink load) or 3.4 GHz when all 8 CPU cores are utilized.

AMD uses a classic CPU core design in which all CPU cores are identical and large. Manufacturers such as e.g. Apple go with the Apple M1 a different way: Here comes a hybrid design made of small and large CPU cores. This has the advantage that with little load only the small CPU cores work and thus significantly less energy need like a normal or large CPU core. The "Cezanne" APU design combines the modern Zen 3 cores with an IGPU type AMD Radeon 8 Graphics, also known under the pseudonym
"Vega". This graphic is still based on the older AMD RDNA (1. Gen) architecture, but expects its quite high cycle of 2.0 GHz with up to 2 tflops.

The graphics performance is sufficient to reflect older games in higher resolutions (1080p) liquid. Modern games are playable with the graphics card only with some smears.
