It is based on the Raptor Lake H architecture and manufactured using the 10 nm process. With its hybrid architecture, it offers a high number of performance and efficient cores and features 24 MB of Level 3 Cache as well as integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics 96. The i9-13900HK delivers superior single-core and multi-core performance, making it ideal for compute-intensive tasks and demanding gaming scenarios.

However, its high power consumption and TDP require robust cooling. As a premium processor, it is found in high-priced laptops but offers excellent absolute performance. The Intel Processor N150, also released in the first quarter of 2023, is designed for use in cost-effective and power-efficient systems such as entry-level laptops and thin clients.

It uses the Twin Lake architecture and is manufactured using the 7 nm process. The Processor N150 is equipped with fewer efficiency-focused cores and threads, features 4 MB of Level 2 Cache, 6 MB of Level 3 Cache, and Intel UHD Graphics 24 EUs. It offers basic performance for everyday tasks like web browsing and office applications, but is not suitable for demanding gaming.

Its very low power consumption and TDP enable fanless designs and long battery life, providing good value for basic requirements.
