The comparison between the AMD Ryzen 5 4500U and the Intel Core i5-1135G7 comes to the conclusion that these two CPUs do not differ much in terms of performance. Both CPUs support the dual-channel mode, which is also worthwhile considering the fairly fast, internal graphics units. This is because they use part of the main memory as graphics memory. Graphics memory is dependent on a fast connection / bandwidth due to the very large amounts of data.

The Intel Iris Xe Graphics 80 (Tiger Lake G7) of the Intel Core i5-1135G7 has a whopping 80 processing units (640 shaders). The computing power of FP32 calculations is around 1.6 TFLOPS, even more than the almost 1.2 TFLOPS of the AMD iGPU.
